Con Cariño is a family owned business operated right out of our home. We provide people with a more intimate and affordable service that one might not find at any traditional boarding facility. As a pet owner, I understand how hard it can be to leave your dog(s) with someone else. I can't be the only one who has had that dreaded feeling that my pup is lost in the crowd of all of the other dogs at daycare, and won't be prioritized to my liking. Traditional boarding facilities can get upwards of 150 dogs on a busy day, and receiving extra play time can get costly. Being someone who sees the importance in providing good experiences for my dogs, I figured "Why not do it myself." We thought up the idea of starting a dog boarding business right after rescuing our 4th dog and before welcoming our first baby into the world. We know how difficult it can be to find a good quality dog-sitter, so we thought we could be that person for someone else. At Con Cariño, we not only provide a safe and fun environment for our clients, we give that caring, home-y experience so your furry friends can have a home away from home.

Mission Plan

Dog Boarding and Daycare Services

All clients are safely introduced before playing with their new friends and engage in up to 5 hours of outdoor play. Storms and extreme heat can reduce that time. We provide crates, bowls, treats, toys, and blankets. What you would need to bring is your pup, their food, any meds if needed, verification of vaccinations or equivalent, and a comfort item for your pup to better settle in.

Disclaimer: Your pup will be crated to sleep to ensure the safety of all dogs while unsupervised, and at least 1 hour before and after meal times to avoid Gastric Dilatation Volvulus(GDV), or more commonly known as bloat. This happens when a dog's stomach fills with air, food and/or water and then twists. By crating your dog before and after eating, we can allow their body to calm down enough to prevent this from happening.
